9.2 on waking
All bran n banana and milk breakfast + 1hour 14.3
Before lunch 7.4
Protein lunch and satsuma +1hour 7.8 +2hour 9.4
Mid afternoon walk got home 10.6
Raspberries and options low cal hot choc
Dinner was bolognese with two tbspns who wheat pasta +1hour13.5 +2hr 13.3
Am trying to find info on how good this is, what to aim for etc
