I have now been on byetta for a month, hasnt been too bad at all. I have had some feeling sick but nothing too bad, my appetite has definately been suppressed, have found I am not eating as much meal times and not feeling hungry inbetween meals so not picking at things I dont need. Went to see diabetic nurse this morning, she was pleased how its going and I have lost seven pounds, hope I can keep it up. I have now been puton the higher dose and need to have blood test beginning of December to see if sugar levrls have come down. The red lumps I habe neen getting at injection sites habe calmed down since using antihistamine cream and I am to carry on using it if nees

Sounds very encouraging karent, hope things continue to improve for you and that the higher dose doesn't cause you any problems 🙂
