I was out all day yesterday, and it was a fireworks do etc.
Only thing was i was with friends and we were having a junk food day however i do now realise that having burgers and sweets yesterday wasn't the best of ideas as one when i got home i was rummaging through the cupboards for decent food and two my sugar levels went up ??
had to do an extra injection because of it hmph!

However, i did have a nice time at the fireworks, anyone else do anything nice for fireworks? 🙂

The main thing is you had a good time with your friends. It was a treat and not something you do every day so don't beat yourself up over it.

We didn't have fire works. Little feller who we adopted was involved in a bad accident before he came to us and can just about cope with fire works through a window as long as he has a hug to go with it.
