Hi @Peggysue5
Can you be more specific?
In what way is this related to Diabetes.

Speak to your optican, they will have all the necessary details and forms if you come under any entitlement for help with glasses.

Where can we find help please
If you are on benefits you can have help with the cost or free glasses. You have a free eye test due to having diabetes but that alone does not entitle you to free glasses. Hope that helps.

Hi Peggysue5, welcome to the forum.

Your best bet is to speak with the people who conducted you Diabetic eye screening as I know some places do a selection of free glasses if the results show you need glasses and you meet a set of requirements.

The following link will explain in more detail - https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/opticians/free-nhs-eye-tests-and-optical-vouchers/.

You can also call the official Help with Health Costs helpline on 0300 330 1343 and they can tell you all of the things you may be able to get financial assistance with.
