Okay so something is definitely wrong. I'm back to hypoing all the time. I had a really bad hypo in class earlier. Then just now while waiting for my train.

I'm wondering if I need to do another set of fasting to check background levels.

I know it's not as warm as we'd like it to be, but had anyone noticed a need to decrease insulin because of weather at all?

I have noticed I've had a week of feeling much less anxious about things in general. Like, I'm loving the course and feeling on top of all my work. Just generally loving life. I wonder if it's the lack of anxiety at the moment that's making me need much less insulin.

The hypos have been large. And they aren't after eating so not to do with overdoing carbs. The one in class happened just before lunch for example.

I'm on the pump.

Sounds like you may need to look at your basal if they are at different times of the day each hypo, hope your feeling better soon xx

So would I but I think I'd slap a 24 hour 10% reduction TBR on too whilst I investigate.
