Type 2
I work in a hotel and we recently hired a 65 year oldwith type 2. He is having problems withcramps spasms and tightness in feet and skin problems on feet. Any tips for him to try or avoid. Any help appreciated.

I am 67 now, two years from diagnosis.
A daily vitamin and mineral tablet seems to help, but I have had two years of normal blood glucose readings, so I have good circulation in my extremities, though I did get terrible cramps when taking metformin and a statin.
My skin is much improved from what it was when eating a high carb diet - I avoid foods with high amounts of carb completely, so I don't need any medication.
