Yeah Il give it ago at writing down , I've got go get me prescription tomorrow so will make apointment when I'm there , sound like good idea writing it Down xx
When I was in a bad way I kept a diary, I put everything in there, thoughts feelings, every high and low that I experienced. It lasted for several months at the worst and sometimes I felt better after a couple of days of writing. The point is, it helps, it also helps the Doctor if you don't feel you are making any progress as it gives him accurate information about you and your problems as and when they happen and most importantly, as YOU perceive them.
I even got in touch with the Samaritans when I got really low and found them to be very helpful and willing to give you emotional support for quite some time.
Like you I was all smiles on the outside but, I felt like I was dying on the inside, no one understood I thought but, having that outlet and being able to pour my thoughts and feelings out into a letter and then getting someone else's insight and take on it helped me enormously.
Don't be shy and introverted, seek out the help, it is out there, you have taken the first big step here, it gets easier, I promise.
