Just reading through the replies has given me a lift, you lot are amazing and i really thank you for caring.

Hi Adam, Sorry you are feeling cr..p. I'm top notch at nagging and although only a size 7 have a pretty hefty kick on me lol! Seriously though you have done the best thing by coming on here and sharing with us - we all have our problems as well as having diabetes, they are all very different and we deal with things in a different way. I personally deal with my problems in one way one week, and another way another week. Somehow I get by and most of the time I am fine but we mostly all have dark days/weeks too when we become overwhelmed by 'things'.
I would recommend, and of course it is entirely up to you, that you take the bull by the horns and ring your GP and be honest about how you are feeling, your worries and concerns and that you feel you would like help to get you through this period, because that is what it is - a bad period - but you will come out the other end.
You know what you need to do to help yourself with your bg levels, which are high. You also know that all of us worry about each other when our levels are too high or too low, we DO care about each other and are willing each other on, albeit virtually, but we are with each other all the time. Do remember that.
To end my nagging I would just say, keep posting, if need be keep moaning but let us know how you are, tell us when you need support, you know that we will be there for you, the same as we will be there for anyone of our forum that needs us - as YOU would be there for anybody having a rough time.
Lots of hugs and much love to you . Sue x

Size 5.5 here and no great strength, but if you require my husband's or our 24yo grandson's size 11s for this purpose - you'd be very welcome to make use of either!

They always say a problem shared etc - it may not work quite as well as the saying actually goes - but it usually helps in some way, expressing the feelings to A.N.Other.

I have something called avascular necrosis and had total hip replacements at 33. At the time they said they said they could redo them as they last about 15 years, at my yearly checks they kept saying wait it out, wait it out but when it got really bad a couple of years ago they gave me the news that there wasnt enough mass there to do them again so was told to just live life till they finally give in to the bone crumbling..ive been so well looked after with my medical problems lol.

Thank you karnak i know you have huge problems of your own and really feel for you as i know what its like.
Hugs back.

Thanks Adam if I make some humorous remarks through the forum that may include you, it is only humour and never personal, take care mate.:D Sorry had to get the last laugh in.
