I’ve just been diagnosed with type 2 yesterday after not feeling right for a while, which I thought was all hormonal. Is it normal to feel like you’re totally spaced out and exhausted all the time? That’s how I’ve been feeling most days for a while now and what prompted me to go to the doctors. Does that pass as you adjust your eating habits, exercise more etc?
