Type 2
Hi everyone,

I’ve just been diagnosed with type 2 yesterday after not feeling right for a while, which I thought was all hormonal. Is it normal to feel like you’re totally spaced out and exhausted all the time? That’s how I’ve been feeling most days for a while now and what prompted me to go to the doctors. Does that pass as you adjust your eating habits, exercise more etc?

High sugar can make you feel sleepy and dopey @Rach1880 Hopefully as you get your blood sugar back under control, these symptoms should recede. Remember to keep hydrated too as that can also help.

Thank you. All I’ve been drinking is water and the odd cup of tea since I found out.
