Feeling lethargic

The systolic 124 is pretty normal but the diastolic of 107 is much higher than it should be (normal would be below 80). This could be because you are stressed about your High blood glucose or an additional indication of being unwell.
You could call 111 and g/et their advise but in any event call your GP tomorrow.
Try to stay hydrated and try to relax and hopefully the blood pressure will come down. What is it normally for you.
