Hi Guys,

Went to the docs this morning - although I explained that I was only started feeling like this for a week, she decided to put me back on sertraline. I took one, I haven't been sleeping well for the past few days and feel all sorts. I feel restless - I am really trying, went to stay with my mum. It's like I want to rest and be awake and go out all at once. Feeling a bit scared as well. Apologies to lay it on the line here guys. I am usually a strong minded independent man, yet I feel like all I want to do is cower in a corner and sob
