Relationship to Diabetes

Possibly a bit self indulgent but after my Stroke in August last year when my HBA1C was 120 I had a Diabetic Review at the hospital yesterday and my HBA1C is now down to 46 managed with Insulin / Metformin.

I've always struggled with my controlling my diabetes and general health for that matter - I am being treated for long term depression which manifests into a lack of self care - the last few months have been a real challenge.

I have always dreaded my reviews because they have always been negative - it wasn't yesterday - hopefully I am turning a corner.

Brilliant news, well done!!

Amazing progress, really well done!

It sounds like you've turned the corner already @Spunky keep on to the end of the road and you'll find
another corner - Well done you....

Many congratulations! Hopefully this positive result will help to spur you on to continued success. Well done!
