That’s the 2nd faulty sensor in 2 weeks, wdnt mind but just posted the other one back today. Don’t always feel like I’ve come along way since diagnosis, but today realised few months back I would have been panicking with faulty sensors, fingers crossed for this one. On the plus side got my bd needles today

It used to frighten the life out of me when they go wrong and was reluctant to send them back initially but now it's a matter of course! Good news on the needles 🙂

Sorry to hear about your sensor frustrations @Woodywoodpecker

There seem to be a few on the forum having similar experiences :(

Good to hear about your BD needles though :D

I have had two in succession fail to start so have contacted Abbot support. Sadly I had connected with the US and so when today's support guy realised he closed the chat almost immediately. I would have thought he could have passed the transcript and screen shots to a colleague in the UK?! Very unprofessional!

Mine not failing to start, just stop working. One lasted 3 days other 13. You would have thought he could have passed them on, I usually fill form online

Are you definitely filling the right form in? You shouldn’t need to connect with any staff to fill in the sensor support form. Just complete the form and they’ll email you once it’s been processed.

You said you connected with the staff and they did not transfer your answers though? That is not filling in the form. You don’t connect with any staff whilst filling in the sensor support form so I think you’re misunderstanding how to report faulty sensors.
