Ooh might give that a try. My eldest nephew is a pizza fan and likes the cauliflower pizza but it gives him some gas issues (if you catch the drift of my wind 😉), he's bound to like a base made out of cheese! Have you made it?

Looks interesting. By the looks of it, it can be picked up, unlike the cauli here one.

Well you can make cheese muffins easily enough with ground almonds so I think this sound excellent!

Made it, nephews loved it, and I have to say it's very pizza dough like. Just need to wait and see how the blood sugar goes. This is what's left of the adult versions, I made 4 (several kids, several adults) and they were gone in a flash :D

Looks fab ! My daughter will be cooking it for me.

It's a bit weird to make but really really easy, I was surprised at how easy. Sister in law took the recipe away with her, as did a friend with Coeliac. Success all round. Might try the crackers next.

Im going to do this sometime. There are lots of low cab pizza base ideas out there so I will go through them all at one point and do a review thread.🙂

Just noticed I wrote low cab. That would be odd. Lol. Not as bad as low crab though.:D
