Ooh might give that a try. My eldest nephew is a pizza fan and likes the cauliflower pizza but it gives him some gas issues (if you catch the drift of my wind 😉), he's bound to like a base made out of cheese! Have you made it?

Well you can make cheese muffins easily enough with ground almonds so I think this sound excellent!

Made it, nephews loved it, and I have to say it's very pizza dough like. Just need to wait and see how the blood sugar goes. This is what's left of the adult versions, I made 4 (several kids, several adults) and they were gone in a flash

It's a bit weird to make but really really easy, I was surprised at how easy. Sister in law took the recipe away with her, as did a friend with Coeliac. Success all round. Might try the crackers next.
