I listened to Dr Fung which his point about fasting ?? Has any one tried it ??
I also heard that T2 is complex and not easy to reverse

I am wondering if fasting is good always or only if I have gained weight
I have healthy weight and I am scared of fasting as I don’t want to lose more but in same time Dr Fung said that fasting have very good impact on Daibetic T2
Has anybody tried that ?

Hi Ban, I think you need your own thread to get answers to your question, most people won't see it here. I'm going to tag @everydayupsanddowns in the hope that he will move it for you.

I’ve moved your post to its own thread in General @Ban so that it can get more attention.
