So currently exercising and dieting, yesterday and today before lunch I got really wobbly and shaky despite having a snack at 10 am. Yesterday I recovered an hour after lunch, today I went to bed and slept 2 hours :(. But my bs is under really good control at the moment with numbers in the high 5 and 6 . I can understand having a false hypo when bs levels were higher but not now, any ideas? I shoukd add yesterday I exercised in the afternoon and today I have had a day off.
