Thanks for your replies. My Lantus pen has each two units marked but you can click on a line between them, which I presume is a single unit. So for the past four mornings I’ve been on 9 units which seems to be keeping FBG within reasonable limits at 6-8. Night BG is a bit high at 10-12, but I’m not worrying about that at the moment.
