Fall down the stairs

I've fallen down the stairs, head first. Bashed my wrist and knee.

Ralph hope your OK perhaps a cold compress on your
wrist might help with swelling

@grovesy is right, you should get yourself checked out. Hope you didn't hit your head, but your wrist looks painful enough witihout that. Get well soon x

just saw this hope you are okay if you do get any severe pain then get to a+e. i have fallen a few times down the things over the years now in a bungalow.
 
I'd go and get checked, that's how Bruce broke his wrist a couple of months ago and needed an op xx

Ambulance turned up after a while. And a phone call cause they gone to the wrong place.
Cause of my history they've taken me to A&E (must remember A&E, not ER). Hospital hasn't looked at my wrist or knee yet. Paramedics gave them a quick look, just about. & a list of questions. Turned out 1 of them dealt with me last November.
Feel "normal" for me.
 
Oh, paramedics did my BG (unusual). 11.7 :( that was a little after food.
 
Just seen someone. Didn't introduce themselves, could have been doctor.
Took bloods, others didn't get done, & getting an xrays.
There's a couple of police here with someone.
 
Gosh! 😱Just read this thread! Ouch! o_O But, glad you’re in A&E now getting checked out! Hope things are ok & take it easy for while!
 
Waiting on someone to do my meds.
Just had BG taken. 8.5 :( before food.

Ouch Ralph, so sorry I missed this. I hope you are back at home now and ok. What did the x-rays show, I hope you haven’t fractured anything. Big virtual hugs to you x
