Failing On Food......

I am sure I was told to avoid Brazils.
Brazils are one of the lowest carb nuts, which unfortunately makes them one of the highest in calories because they have a higher fat content, so maybe not so good if you're trying to lose weight, (though they contain selenium which is good for you) It probably depends on whether you can stick to a small handful, or whether you'd chomp your way through the whole packet ( which I tend to do!)
 
I like a chunk of cheese wrapped in ham. Oe if you insist on low fat, munch on gherkins.
 
I tend to snack on nuts, jerky, biltong, pork scratchings, cold meats, boiled eggs or crustless quiche, and for a sweet treat I make little 'cakes' using ground almonds eggs and sweetener.
