Eye Screening

When the cameras first came out about 6 years ago I suppose I was sent a list of opthalmologists trained to use the camera and also had one in South Birmingham and I can go to any one. I think think the big city hospitals here are too busy to do that too. The opthalmologist is good and has a good look at and tells if he can see anything serious, which he hasn't yet. Then I get the letter about 2 weeks later from the hospital usually saying slight background stuff and no treatment needed.
 
Before that my old optician jst used to examine closely with lamps.
