Well I have been for my formal eye screening. took along a driver as directed, eye drops in - photo taken no problem ---- I could have driven home OK about an hour later I could not see a thing for the glare, that wiped out the evening, our dog eric did not get to go to agility class!

Sun glasses? They helped me 🙂 hope the results are good 🙂

I find sun glasses help too. It is only once a year and worth the inconvinience to know everything is OK.

Had mine yesterday as well. Sunglasses were a must for me as it was a blue sky day. Although I still think I'd take them on a cloudy day.

Big pupils for me:

Super !! What's the bruise about though ?

No bruise, just my skin is darker round that bit of my eye and it has made it look like a bruise. It's also made my skin look orange which i definitely isn't 😛

I used to dread having my eyes checked, but that because I used to have it done by the eye specialist at the main clinic, which is a 30 mile round trip.. And nobody would listen to me about the eye drops.. They took around 8 hours to wear off and during that time I would suffer a thumping headache😱

I've managed now due to never needed any treatment, go to our local out patients to the screening service... Which so much better, easy to get to by bus or taxi as only a couple of miles up the road, no hanging about when you get there..

And they have listened to my complaints about the eye drops... They used the childrens version with is only 50% strength so wears off in a reasonable time span of a couple of hours, and I don't get a thumping headache with them.. Was supposed have gone last week, but alas got a phone call on Tuesday to say that Machine broke, so rearranged it for th 12th october instead..

Glad you haven't been in a fight !!!!! 🙂

I have my first eye-check next Wednesday......😱 I've got a driver (hubby) to pick me up and his 'Terminator' sunglasses.. I've got for a 9.30am appointment so hopefully everything will be ok by the evening.... Amanda x 🙂
