At risk of diabetes
I have had my results for a week long average for home BP monitoring and its 121 over 77 so definitely not blood pressure that caused bleed. I have blood tests arranged for Monday( I hate them) saw another optician when I collected new specs and she said sometimes these things just happen maybe with a cough or sneeze and told me not to worry.
