I’m just starting to get to grips with carb counts
I’m using my phones AI and the nutritional info on Ocado while I’m shopping
An actually kinda having fun today

I drink a lot of coffee and have realised my milk in each cup is about 4g!!!

So thinking of switching to coconut milk

You must put quite a bit of milk in your coffee, you could try cream as it would be less carbs but obviously higher fat.
There are other milks which may be lower, soya, almond or you could just put a bit less normal milk in.

I use Koko coconut milk (in the tall carton) and love it! I have the original one, which has minimal carbs, but there’s also an unsweetened one which has hardly any carbs. I actually prefer the taste to dairy milk @SparklesG 🙂
