Expert meters being replaced

I have never emailed meter companies but always found them helpful when speaking to them by phone.
I last spoke to one last week who I buy strips from direct but on the website the price has increased a lot in the last 6 weeks. They gave me discount code to use and even said if the Code stops working and to ring back and they we see what they could do to help further.
 
Roche do have a very good Helpline Mon-Fri 9 am - 5pm at Burgess Hill.

If you register on the site you will then have access to 'My Accu-Chek' and get a bit further than emailing.
 
I am already registered and have been for a while as I get free batteries and control solution from them, I havnt heard from them today so will see if they respond tomorrow if not I will
give the help line a ring, thank you
