Well, I woke to a 6.9 this morning, injected and ate a slice of toast. About 90 mins after injecting I went for a run. Got back, very hot and tested again - 6.9...Recovered from run and did 250 strokes on rowing machine (new to it, very hard work and very hot!). Tested again...6.7! 🙄

I'll probably need less insulin through the day now, but I always find it interesting that exercise has no immediate effect on my levels, whereas for some people they have to reduce pre-exercise insulin and then still drop like a stone as soon as they start!

Diabetes is a puzzle sometimes (a lot of the time!)

That is very strange Northy ??? Depends on insulin abbsorbtion but i would never get away with that 🙂 We are all different & not one rule fits all
