And have you investigated anything else which may cause your extra peeing such as prostrate issues?
Diabetes is not the only condition which may cause this and all your test results point to diabetes not being the cause.
Have you tried drinking less in the evening?
Yes

I think it's more of an Insomnia issue now. Not a peeing problem. I pee more as I wake up more. I can hold it mostly and can fall back to sleep. Doctors mentioned OA Bladder, did a few 'tests' for that, but they didn't think it was really. Had tablets, didn't work either.

I have reduced fluids 4 hours before sleep, has no affect. I'm trying other things. It's been over 3 years, but as I said, I think it's more a sleep issue

And did the GP tell you that your HbA1C was normal?

Look for other causes of your urination. I think you said you’d had prostate tests, but there are other causes too.
The GP didn't mention any of my results. So presumed they are ok. I investigated myself, I know, doesn't always help, but the GP didn't say anything, so i wanted reassurance. My prostate is ok, yes

Type 1/LADA would be one of the rarer reasons for peeing a lot at night, and you weren’t peeing that much anyway (compared with an undiagnosed Type 1). I was literally peeing every five minutes before I was diagnosed and producing almost a pint. It’s not normal urinary frequency, it’s unbelievable. More than that, I had excessive thirst and looked like a skeleton as the weight had dropped off me very, very quickly. My blood glucose was 30 and I was on the verge of DKA.

You really need to accept the results of those numerous normal HbA1Cs. If you can’t, or if you find yourself thinking “Well, I’ll just have some more tests…” then you’d be best seeking some help for your Health anxiety
Wow. Ok, yes, sorry to hear that. I don't have anything like that. I just wanted to know why 'I found' it to be low.
Thanks

Read my post above. They’re supposed to ‘match’. You’re misinterpreting your results and causing yourself unnecessary stress.

You imply it was the nighttime urination that initiated this concern. Peeing an extra once or twice in the night is nothing like the mad and excessive urination of Type 1/LADA! That’s an insane amount - both volume and frequency.
You're giving me flashbacks of how often I needed to wee before I was diagnosed with LADA 😱

Me too.
Staying with SIL over Christmas and needing to walk past the smelly cat litter tray every 30 minutes throughout the night while trying not to disturb anyone. 😱

You could try something like Nytol herbal to see if that helps you sleep. I think waking up and thinking oh I'm awake I might as well go to the loo even though you don't really need to and it becomes a habit.

My other half had prostate issues and was going to the loo up to 7 times a night and of course that woke me so I was going as well even though I didn't really need to but as soon as the prostate was sorted and we were sleeping better the loo visits were not happening.
There are certain foods which are diuretic so if you have any of those in your meal or caffeine drinks which could aggravate the situation
