Seen lots of adverts for EMS therapy for neuropathy. Do they actually work on neuropathy as I didn’t want to waste money buying something that is no use?
Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

I think if you read the small print they say not suitable for diabetics without medical supervision if it is what I am thinking of.
 
We’ve had a few threads on electrical stimulation devices that get bursts of advertising from time to time, and seem to promise improvements in circulation. They don’t get very positive reception from HCPs that members ask - they may simply not help, or may actually make problems worse!

TENS machines for blocking nerve-pain messages seem to get a much better response, and some people have found them helpful in managing nerve pain.
