My reading this morning was 4.8 (nice); before lunch it was 4.9 (still nice); then having had some of my friend's leftover bara brith with my lunch the 2-hour reading afterwards had gone up to 12.1!

Oh dear, oh dear - it shot up my reading nearly as much as my favourite Linda McCartney Deep Dish Pies did....<sob>
 
That's the cruelty of diabetes for you :( Hopefully things will quickly return to normal and you're back in the 4.x's again 🙂

Down to 9.5 at 3pm. Hopefully it'll be back to normal by the time we go out tonight 🙂. Still, 'twas my own fault, my friend makes luvverly cake :D
