I really hope I am doing this right as I have just joined up today..
Just wanted to say I am so glad that I have found this site and the message boards that you all talk on, as some of the issues and problems that you talk about I thought it was just me, but everyone seems to have encountered.ie: the repeat prescription issues, the feeling sick in the morining issue i told my doctor about this just got a funny look...the problems with the weather affecting the insulin. Anyway I could be here all day but its to let you know cheers guys 🙂
I decided to join today as its been 3 yrs since i first had to use insulin in the hospital and since seeing that syringe (it wasnt a big one but still using one of those for the first time was scary, now on the pens which are so much friendlier) was a big change for me and I am still learning and adjusting to being diabetic, especially trying to work out excersie and insulin thats something else which is happening by trial and error.....
Anyway lunch is nearly over great site keep up the good chats and thanks again 🙂
