Hi Bev...

WOW....I want to go on A's holiday.......:D....do you think he will swap🙂...I've just shown the list of activities to Nathan...and he seemed really interested...yessssss....hopefully next year Nathan might consider going...I hope he does...as I think he will feel totally empowered, and view his diabetes differently.

Hhehehehehehe.....Hope you and your daughter have a lovely holiday too....:D

Bev - you're an amazing mum, I don't know how you do it!!

My little lad doesn't have diabetes or anything, he's 2 & I still hate having to be away from him! So hats off to you for letting him go on this holiday - hopefully you'll both gain confidence as a result! 🙂 I'm sure he'll have a fab time. (I'm quite jealous actually!!)

(I was never allowed to go on trips longer than a day...the first time I got to go away properly was when I was 14...so well done for taking this step now!)

Hope he has a brilliant time & you enjoy the beach hut!

Sounds like a lot of fun, I'd love to do all those activities.
Even though he might not say it I'm sure it will be a relief for alex to know that his mum isn't too far away if there is a problem. But for the rest of the time he can enjoy himself without you there.
hope you all have a great time
