afternoon looking for advice, I did have a HGV licence and I’m on insulin I was on the understanding I could keep this entitlement as long as I followed the driving rules (today it was revoked). My question is if and when I reply, do I need to resit my test and I’ve managed to keep my car licence but my heavy goods was my vocation before I was ill. I’ve never been Hypoglycaemic which the dvla seem concerned about I’ve always had high blood sugars which they don’t seem concerned about they went on about 3 months sugar on a glucose meter. Can I reapply in the future? My sugars are under control. Where do I have a medical examination?

First of all why was your licence not reinstated?
I think you will also find you have to have 3 months worth of blood sugar results whilst on insulin.
No you do not have to reset your test.

If it's not clear why your licence was revoked then ask them why.
