I have been a insulin treated t3 diabetic for five years.
The doctor has refused to fill my repete prescription, apparently I can have a pack of five pens humulin I per 93 days. So I have until April 26th now without insulin.

As I am no longer treated with insulin do I need to contact the DVLA to get my licence amended back, I need to drive daily, but testing is irrelevant as I am no longer using insulin.
 
As this seems to be a temporary mix up and interruption of your insulin prescriptions, I don’t think it would be worth contacting DVLA about your 3-yearly renewed license, until that is resolved.
