I’m living on water at the minute(I know that’s good) I don’t drink tea or coffee. I had the odd beer but can go months without any alcohol so not missing it. I know fresh juice isn’t good. I’ve read diet pop is ok but I’m a little weary of anything sweet tasting. Not sure if dilute juice is any good or what I should be looking for. Any advice tips would be greatly appreciate before I turn in to a fish.

I drink diet coke, not loads, usually one can a day. And I always have no added sugar squash.

I drink some hot vimto daily and other sugar free juice they normally 2 calories and 0.6 carbs per drink

I'm afraid since I've been diagnosed I've become boring and only drink water and coffee, plenty drink sugar free fizzy and diluting but I cant stand the taste of artificial sweetener, others drink things like unsweetened almond etc, or a cup of Bovril apparently xx

I like Bovril I’ll look in to that one, thank you everyone going to look in Tesco.

Got some no added sugar Ribena and Almond milk (unsweetened)

https://www.sturdrinks.eu/ Is what I drink. I don’t like aspartame and these drinks are stevia sweetened. They’re not overly sweet like fizzy but are more flavoured water. Orange and mango is nice

Me, I drink coffee by the gallon, or litre these days. Water infused with limes or lemon. Plain bottled water here. Coke Zero, Sprite Fiber+, Chinese tea and when back home litres of Alpro Unsweetened Almond Soya Milk straight out of the fridge.
The odd glass of red wine, Brandy, and Sambucca.
Quite boring really.

Thinks like diet Coke, diet Pepsi and Pepsi Max are no problem for diabetics. However, others, like diet Tango and 7UP free are not available anywhere :(. All I've been able to find is cola 😡, which is foul tasting stuff (whatever version) and no one seems to be able to get their head around the idea of diet drink that's not cola. o_O

I have no problem getting litre bottles of sugar free lemonade, lime and lemon, ginger ale and orangeade to have at home Ralph but agree a lot of places when I’m out only have diet cola and😡 it drives me mad!

If you're talking about the small bottles in the shop fridges, then you're right, it's virtually all cola! In Tesco, they have a larger selection of diet drinks, but they don't keep them in the fridge. So what I do is choose what I want & put one in the fridge (hidden at the back) when I get there & pick it up when I've finished shopping.:D

Just look at that website Sally, looks very interesting. I think I may order some for when I am back home. Not bad pricing either.

I like them as they’re small enough to take them out and have no nasties either.
They do sometimes have free postage or deals so I usually order then.

The have various mixed batches which look very interesting and the postage is free so I will order the berry one, 6 bottles. Each bottle can make 5.6 litres so they say so that is 6x5.6 litres 33.6 litres for a very good price indeed, that is quite a lot of drinks.:D
Thanks for sharing Sally.
