So I've come to the conclusion that Bread is far harder to give up than chocolate 😱
Do anyone have any suggestions on cutting it out. I have a love/hate relationship with bread anyway... I love it, but my stomach doesn't sometimes. So I'm ok with the idea of cutting it out completely.
I love crackers, but I'm not sure if they are any better for me, same with wraps.
Any advice would be great.
