This Dr Charles Clark, and Maureen Clark, are all over the net, with their book on "The Diabetes Revolution: A groundbreaking guide to reducing your insulin dependency".
I can't find anything on the net about his qualifications and experience in this field, and wonder if others may know something?
I constantly strive for a good quality of life, and will try anything if it will help.
When I was trying to control my type 2 with diet, and trying to loose weight, my consultant advised that I needed to drop the carbs, and suggested the low GI diet, which I followed cutting out anything that was a "short term sugar".
Now I am using Byetta, I have had to up my carbs a bit - if I don't I get ill.
It's a juggling act!
