I haven't had a hypo for a couple of years. I inject my Levemir and Victoza at about 5pm and eat about 7. Yesterday I was 6mmol at 5pm, started eating at 6pm (grandson here for Xmas), felt very strange - tested bloods - 3.8. Luckily that gave me the excuse to try the choc chip cookies I had made for the family - that cured that problem. 7.4 at bedtime, 6.3 in the morning. This evening 6.0 at 5pm - at 6pm - 3.2 choc chip cookie again - now 4.6, still feel shaky and blood pressure is a bit high.
I can only think its maybe sugar things (2 medjool dates) at lunch time bouncing me.

That is very strange. Perhaps some excitement/deep stress with playing with grandson? 😉 I suppose if you are eating things you might not normally then this might be confusing your pancreas a bit?

Or maybe the cold weather combined with lots more running around than usual?
