Well before tea I was smack on 10.0 :( but could eat a horse as they say.

I had six rashers of streaky bacon and two eggs on three slices of wholemeal bread. Two hours after eating I am down to 7.2 which is good and eek. Not only has gone up from the 10.0 after eating its taken a rapid nose dive in the two hours.

At the rate that the BS is dropping will need a top up before bed time. Time and time again when I have bacon and eggs it knocks my BS for six down wards.

Its a good way to keep my BS low, though if I eat this every day I would soon be as fat as a pig, half way there any how with a 15 kg spare tyre, which I want to loose.
