Hi there sorry for posting heaps of questions etc, just wondering if it would be ok to sprinkle some cinnamon over my toaster waffles for breakfast as I can't find a damn thing on any of the jars :(

I have a friend in the States who swears by cinnamon and believes it keeps her type 2 under control. However I suspect she uses it as an excuse to cheat! 🙄

Errr.... That's my excuse for when I indulge in Apple Pie

I put it on my cereals because I like the taste. The amount you would use would weigh so little that even if cinnamon has lots of carbs you won't be eating much.
Not much point unless you enjoy the flavour though!

I absolutely love the taste of cinnamon used to get a quarter of the chewy cinnamon sweets from the corner shop god i miss those haha

My friend swears by cinnamon. Where do you buy this from and is it the same as the stuff you put in cakes?

I bought the waffles but didn't get the cinnamon today so plain old butter and peanut butter on them for breakfast tomorrow, have a break off the good old porridge pots haha, and yeah it's the same stuff just get it in a jar out the shop most shops sell it in fact I think they pretty much all do x
