Hi Feltham Flyer, welcome to the forum 🙂 Just wondering why your girlfriend needs a fridge? Insulin can be out of a fridge for up to 28 days at room temperature, so it should be fine unless you are planning a stay longer than that 🙂 I think what I woudl be looking for which may be more important to her is some idea of the breakfast menu and what may be available to her - for example, most cereals, white bread and fruit juice tend to be more difficult to deal with for people with diabetes as they can all send levels high or be difficult to calculate insulin doses for, and she doesn't want to be stuck with very little choice - might also be a consideration if you go for half/full board knowing what meals will be on offer 🙂
