Hospital says it’s gp who has to change his address! Snotty receptionist ‘how can a he change 8000 adressses. How she is employed I will never know. I am under impression he changes address with data base then all hospitals are informed of any said patients. My address still isn’t changed. Last specialist couldn’t change it as there is a lock on it for some reason. I had to use my letter to change medication. Absolute joke no one knows what to do. National hopeless service.

Sorry - I can't make head or tail of what has happened.

I assume either Hepto or his doctor has moved at some point and now requires his GP surgery to change his old address to his new address and no one seems to know how to change it. Hepto then had to write a letter confirming the address change to obtain his meds.
But I could be wrong🙂 (usually am)

The first half of the title is quite clear: "Doctor moved to new address."
As for the rest, completly lost.

Oh, I did a copy and paste, and it's copied the formatting lol
