Do You Eat A Lot Of Frozen Food ?

I don’t think I’d say we eat a lot of frozen food, but there are always some staples and ingredients (frozen peas, edamame, meat alternatives. Even as @helli says things like little cubes of smushed up ginger from an ice-cube tray or whatever. Plus garden produce like stewed apple, and leftover / bulk cooked meals

Is coley " coalfish " ?
I had never heard it called that, but googling suggests they are the same, also that coley and pollock are closely related (both members of cod family) but not the same.

The coley we get these days (fresh, yellow-stickered) seems to be a bit bigger and thicker than the pollock fillets from supermarket freezer sections, which is often labelled 'white fish' on the bag, pollock under ingredients.

Jamie Oliver used the frozen pollock for a fish curry to good effect.

We eat frozen veg, fish and fruit, we always have. I freeze meat too. Currently have two legs of lamb in freezer!!! as they were half price at Easter. Don't know if it's because I'm Welsh but I adore lamb lol. Frozen veg has the same nutrients as fresh and as hubby likes more veg than me it's economical too

We freeze meat and bread we have bought fresh. I buy frozen berries and peas, that's about it.
