do you always test when feeling hypo?

Yes, my pancreas has been described as an engine on it's last legs. It will apparently give up the ghost at some point, after which they tell me I'll be treated as a Type 1. Then I can have all the strips I want.

and now I can, been to see my chemist and she slip me a pot of 50 till she gets my whole order together, phew! Felt soooo relieved it was funny, must be more prepared next time!

Interesting... Im not diabetic but my daughter is, so whenever I think she is hypo, Im the one testing her so no fumbling or shaking, yet till when she is older and able to do it on her own.. just thought couldn't your O/H help you with it? I prefer to test before so I can treat her hypo, just in case it is not hypo

Annoyingly Yes!!!! No idea why I do this and question it time after time, but yet again I will test just the same, pleased to see that I am not the only one!🙂 Toby.
