Did I, or didn't I?

I used to have the same problem - did I or didn't I? Now on the first day of every month I use one of the Internet calendars and I type into each day Lantus morning, Breakfast Novorapid, lunch Novorapid, dinner Novorapid, Evening Lantus and my Crestor tablet. I use a 'fridge magnet to keep it in place on the 'fridge door along with a yellow marker pen and cross through each time I inject.

I now use alarms on my iPad but it didn't work today, I was four hours late with my basal 😱
it was only when I checked my BG pre lunch, it's higher than normal as I've got an infection, that I remembered I had done my bolus for brekky but couldn't remember doing my basal , I checked my pen to be sure.
