Diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia - anyone managed to control with diet?

Yes it doesn't look like you have any glucose disregulation from what you have seen on your meter so far @AmandaBJ

Shakes, anxiety, extreme hunger, weakness, trembling, tingling lips and sweating are signs of hypoglycaemia, but your BG is perfectly normal. Hypoglycaemia (like hypoallergenic - low allergenic) is low blood glucose.

Typically symptoms begin at or near 4mmol/L, and worsen as numbers fall until people lose consciousness or begin fitting. And then potentially coma and death. That’s why the symptoms are so strong - because the body knows the seriousness of the situation!
