I agree @rebrascora I’m very wary of sweeteners and would rather have small amounts of sugar or dates or honey. I think sweeteners are far from benign.
 
I'm not sure where you get the idea that the Diablo chocolate is suitable as it looks to be high in carbs even though it is sugar free.
You would be better looking at the Nature Valley Protein bars as they are only about 12g carb per 40g bar compared to the Diablo one I looked at which would be twice that much or more.
I eat the chocolate a square at a time, it’s just to stop the sweet tooth. I wouldn’t eat a whole bar. Not sure if that helps.

If you like it then not too bad.
I like the Aldi Moser Roth dark chocolate lots of different flavours but just 1 small piece at the weekend with post dinner coffee.
