Fresh blood wanted to say hello
Diagnosed 2 month ago with t2.Since i have lost 40 p and have managed to drop fasting BG from 18 to 5.6. Decided to go with no meds.

Hello there and welcome to the forum. What a great achievement to reduce both your weight and blood glucose. Great going and I am sure you will continue to get great results in future too. This forum has been great to me so far.
