Nope I've never seen one of those but anything that helps you feel more in control of your eating is a good thing in my book. I do think everyone is a little different though and you have to find a balance that works for you. I try to have my plate 1/3 grains (pasta, rice, quinoa), 1/3 pulses/legumes (usually beans or lentils) and 1/3 veggies. I limit portion sizes with the grains, less strictly with the pulses and I usually add as many veggies as I feel like.

Was this the link Colin?

Find your site, Copy the top line to your pc.

In the top toolbar on your thread or reply, there is a piccie of the Earth with a chain (piccie symbol for link)
Click on the symbol to open it.
In the new subwindow, paste your link. Click on the "http://" first it will show as highlighted but your paste will overwrite it

Kojack: if you just click on the link, it should open up in a new window. Or if you have a newer browser with tabs, you can right click and open it in a new tab in the same window if you want.

This seems to be a UK version of the plate:
