Don't want to break any rules here but I can recommend another app in the app store which is http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/dafne-online/id387219270?mt=8#
It was developed in co-ordination with the website I run with another chap who developed it. It is free and should remain so because the whole motivation for the site and the app is to support other diabetics. It will continue to be developed further and will hopefully soon have a carb counting food list as soon as we get permission to use it.
Unfortunately it uploads the results to the website for the graphs etc, so you need to register on the site. The app has the details so I don't need to provide them here, hence hopefully not breaking any rules.....

Good point Niviz, I use the accu-chek expert and I can put my carbs and insulin doses int here. It works as a bolus calculator too, which is pretty useful. I can get the graphs and stuff on screen. So it's good for times like now when I'm not writing things down.
