The alcohol-free journey to better diabetic health continues.

Last year:
O/E - left eye background diabetic retinopathy [R1]

This year:
O/E - no left diabetic retinopathy [R0]

Left Eye: Improved from background diabetic retinopathy (R1) in 2023 to no diabetic retinopathy (R0) in 2024.

Whooop! last week HBA1C was also 30

I hope everyone is well and hitting their goals!!!
